Author Biography

  • Cyprian Broodbank, University College London
    Cyprian Broodbank is Lecturer in Aegean Archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology, UCL. He completed his PhD on the island archaeology of the early Cyclades at Cambridge in 1995, and is currently director of the Kythera Island Project, an inter-disciplinary field project exploring the dynamics of insularity in an Aegean island. His research focuses on Aegean pre-history, comparative island archaeology, and the archaeology and early history of the Mediterranean.
