    Bethany Ewald Bultman is an author and lecturer who peaks through the keyhole in the fertile crescent of American culture, New Orleans.

Sepia toned cover illustration is of the sheep next to an old stone wall/ the photograph by Victoria Skinner. Used by Tom Jaine as a Christmas card in 2006. The sheep are mainly Manx Loghtan.
