Leslie T. Montgomerie has in his possession a Menu Book bound in red morocco leather which shows what Alexandra, widow of King Edward VII, ate in retirement at the royal estate of Sandringham in Norfolk between the 15th of March and the 27th of August 1925. We present here a shortened account of his findings.
