Abstract

Prospect Books will be publishing later this year a greatly expanded version, in paperback, of Sri Owen's book on Indonesian cookery, which has enjoyed a well-deserved success in hardback during the last four years. The new version of the book will give very full information on Indonesian foods, as well as many more recipes than could be fitted into the old one. For this issue of PPC we invited her to deal at even greater length than in the book with a subject which is arousing more and more interest in the west.
