  • Paul van Reyk, Independent Scholar

    Paul van Reyk is a food writer and hsitorian who has been published in PPC, Gastronomica and Divine magazine. He has presented at Symposiums of Australian Gastronomy. He is the author of True to the Land: A History of Food in Australia, published by Reaktion in 2021.

  • Jacqui Newling, University of Sydney

    Jacqui Newling is a historian, gastronomer and museums curator, specializing in Australian culinary heritage and its role in social identity, past and present. She is an Associate in History at the University of Sydney and author of Eat Your History: Stories and Recipes in Australian Kitchens.

  • Alison Vincent, Independent Scholar

    Alison Vincent is a cultural historian and a student of Australia's food culture. Her publications include articles about restaurant criticism, culinary Francophilia in post-war Australia, Australian Chinese cookbooks of the 1950s, and Australian Wine Board advertising. She has also been a frequent contributor to the Dublin Symposium of Gastronomy and the Symposium of Australian Gastronomy.
