  • Peter Brears, Independent Scholar

    Peter Brears has written much for Prospect Books and PPC. He has written widely on regional English cookery, notably on the north country, and much on domestic and culinary artefacts, having been a museum curator by profession. His latest magisterial volume on food and cookery in England (this time the Victorians) is expected soon from Prospect Books.
