    Mary-Anne Boermans has been cooking and collecting recipes for over forty years. She has a special interest in traditional recipes in the UK and resurrecting forgotten dishes from old books and handwritten manuscripts. She has published two collections of British recipes, Great British Bakes and Deja Food, and writes regularly on her food blogs TimeToCookOnline.com and DejaFood.uk. Mary-Anne lives in Worcestershire with her husband and daughter.
