  • Bruce Johnson, University of Turku

    Bruce Johnson is visiting professor at the Department of Cultural History, University of Turku, and works in the fields of cultural theory and history, music and Australian studies. His books include The Inaudible Music. Jazz, Gender and Australian Modernity (2000) and The Oxford Companion to Australian Jazz (1987). He is currently working on a book on music and violence.
