Abstract

The Novo Player, launched in 2020 by NovoEd, is an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platform aimed at facilitating English language acquisition, offering comprehensive support in honing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This platform, which extends its reach through both a dedicated mobile application and a browser-based interface, is designed to deliver personalized courses and learning experiences tailored to individual user needs.

    Dini Arini is an Associate Professor from Lambung Mangkurat University, Indonesia, who is studying for a doctoral degree in language, literacy, and technology at Washington State University. She specializes in the implementation of technology in EFL classrooms, specifically, AI policies to support English teaching and learning.
