    Johanna Ruusuvuori is Professor of Social Psychology and Head of the Unit of Social Research in Tampere University, Finland. Her research interests include social interaction at work, practices, processes and effectiveness in the provision of healthcare, digitalisation of healthcare services, emotion in interaction and multimodal conversation analysis.
