  • Sam Bilton, Independent Scholar

    Food historian, writer and podcaster Sam Bilton has been intrigued by spices most of her life. She has published two books with Prospect Books – First Catch Your Gingerbread (2021) and Fool’s Gold: A History of British Saffron.
