  • Raymond De Luca, Harvard University

    Raymond De Luca is a fifth-year PhD student in Slavic Literatures and Languages at Harvard University, with a secondary field certification in Art, Film, and Visual Studies. He is currently writing a dissertation on animal life and animal theory in Soviet cinema, with an especial focus on Sergei Eisenstein, Andrei Tarkovsky, and Kira Muratova. An aspiring pet owner, his research interests lie at the intersection of Animal, Cinema, and Russian Studies.
