Author Biographies

  • Anne Miller, University Hospital of Bordeaux

    Rév. Anne Miller is a pastor of the United Protestant Church of France (Lutheran and Reformed communion). She has been a hospital chaplain for 15 years. Presently she is working in the University Hospital of Bordeaux. She is the only protestant chaplain in this hospital. She is also a member of the National Healthcare Chaplaincy Committee for the Protestant Federation of France as well a member of the committee of the ENHCC.

  • Meg Burton

    Rev. Meg Burton is a Methodist minister and has been a full-time health care chaplain since 2000. She has worked in a high security hospital as well as general hospitals. Her work now includes a hospice. She is co-editor of the journal Health and Social Care Chaplaincy and recently represented the College of Health Care Chaplains on the Leadership Alliance for the Care of Dying People (LACDP ). She is also Chair of the Health Care Chaplains Support Committee for the Free Churches Group and represented them at the ENHCC this year.
