    Dr John Dunning has a background in hospitality, having worked in five-star hotels and Michelin restaurants, including a Michelin 3-Star, in this country and overseas. John has taught culinary arts, gastronomy, wine, food and beverage, restaurant service, and other related subjects. He is on the Education Board at HRC Culinary Academy in Bulgaria and is also currently the External Examiner at César Ritz in Switzerland on their MA Culinary Business Management programme.
