Author Biographies

  • Rolf Wynn, UiT The Arctic University of Norway

    Rolf Wynn received his PhD in linguistics from the University of Bergen, Norway, and his MD and PhD in medicine at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. He is a full Professor of Psychiatry. His research interests include health services research, health psychology and clinical communication.

  • Gunnar Ellingsen, UiT The Arctic University of Norway

    Gunnar Ellingsen is Professor in Health Sciences at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Department of Health and Care Sciences. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Tromsø and a PhD in Computer and Information Science from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He has since the late 1990s studied the implementation and use of Electronic Patient Records in Norwegian hospitals.
